The Old Vicarage is next to the church of the pretty Northamptonshire village of Moreton Pinkney in the middle of the beautiful, unspoilt countryside within the triangle formed by Banbury, Daventry and Towcester. Tim and Alison Eastwood run this really charming, comfortable, and well appointed country house, dating from the 17th Century,and take great pains to make their Bed and Breakfast guests feel welcome. The Old Vicarage has a spacious pretty garden open to guests that looks out over the village Church that dates from the late 12th Century. It is within easy reach of the Cotswolds, Oxford (35miles), Bicester Village retail shopping (20 miles approx) and Silverstone (8 miles) and, being between the M1 and the M40, is a convenient stop on the way to the North. There are a large number of beautiful houses and gardens open to the public in the surrounding countryside: The National Trust Canons Ashby is within one mile. There are also many Inns where one can wine and dine.
Accommodation:
Double room with en suite shower and WC. Double room with adjacent shower and WC. (Both showers are mains hotwater). Twin room in private wing with bath and WC. Each room has a TV and Wifi is available. There is additional accommodation on request. Parking either within the gated driveway or, except at weekends, usually available in the adjacent church car park.
