Joined-Up Holidays is situated on a small working farm in beautiful Teesdale on the edge of Hamsterley Forest, our B&B offers a warm welcome to our visitors in a large, comfortable, accessible barn conversion with a full English breakfast of local & homegrown produce. We are pet friendly, eco-friendly and can offer stables or grazing if you wish to bring your horses on holiday with you.

The space

Joined-Up Holidays offers a quiet peaceful getaway, on a small working farm, and is suitable for families, walkers, cyclists, mountain bikers, motor bike riders, people wishing to bring their horses on holiday with them and business users.

Guest access

One double en-suite room with walk in shower and one single room with adjoining bathroom is available to guests plus shared use of the living room and gardens.The house is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways, flat floors, no steps and a ramp entrance.

Interaction with guests

Help and advice is available to guests throughout their stay together with information about the area and places of interest to visit.

Other things to note

Our B&B is all on the ground level so is suitable for people with mobility or other disabilities, stabling is available for guests wishing to bring their horses on holiday with them, dogs are welcome by arrangement and we are an eco-friendly site. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.
