Welcome to Luxury Guest House Europe! The house is located at the very centre of Dolna Banya, 80 km from Sofia and Plovdiv, 20 km from Borovets, 55 km from the Seven Rila Lakes. Experts proved that the mineral water is with the same healing qualities like the hot springs in Karlovy Vary!
Accommodation
The house is modernly equipped. There are 8 double rooms ( one is suitable for disabled people) and two apartments, two spacious living- rooms with fully- equipped kitchens. Maximum number of people accommodated- 35 people. All of the rooms have electronic key lock system, floor heating, cable TV, high- speed Wi-Fi internet connection, jacuzzi in each bathroom. Guests can use (free of charge) indoor parking, fitness- hall, sauna, steam bath, outside swimming pool (opening soon) and two outside Jacuzzi with mineral water. According to your desire, you can rent the whole house, partly or just a room/apartment. A personal offer will be made!

During your stay at Luxury Guest House Europe you can visit the following tourist sights around Dolna Banya- Trayanovi Vrata Fortress, Borovets, Mount Musala, Seven Rila Lakes, Rila Monastery, Plovdiv, Sofia, etc. There is a fully completed airport complex at the distance of 0.5 km, pilot training and flight lessons are available. The town has crystal clear air with high negative ionization and mild climate.
At Luxury Guest House Europe you can enjoy: outdoor swimming pool with mineral water (opening soon), outdoor Jacuzzi with mineral water ( summer and winter), steambath, sauna, fitness hall, table tennis, darts, big garden with barbeque. Working time of the spa zone ( together with the fitness hall and the outdoor jacuzzi is from 9:00 am till 22:30 pm). In a close distance there is a horse riding, ostrich farm, golf complex. There are bicycles to rent.
